Daily Kibble’s Furry Faves - Meet Oakley

Oakley earned his way onto the Daily Kibble’s Furry Faves list by becoming a Runner-Up Vote Getter in our 2022 Summer Lovin’ Fun Contest. This handsome “Pibble” was rescued from the shelter on his Euthanasia date and placed in a foster home from where Shannon (23947 zip code) rescued him.

According to Shannon, Oakley loves his mama, his Kong, adventures with his doggie-cousins, playtime, walks and treats, particularly if they include peanut butter! He’s incredibly friendly and loves every human he meets—Shannon calls them his “fan club”. We love that! She goes on to say that he is the most handsome, lovable, snuggly “Pibble”, but admits that she may be partial as Oakley’s #1 fan.

In addition to spending time with her pup, Shannon enjoys family & friends, cooking, traveling and house projects. And she particularly loves finding new dog-friendly places to take Oakley on outings. As you can see from the picture above, he clearly approves! Woof!
